When we arrived at BWW it took several minutes to be greeted. When someone eventually came around I informed to hostess that we had a reservation and was told that they do not take reservations at that time. I showed her the Open Table reservation and she was not impressed, they still did not take reservations. We were seated after a while. We went to BWW specifically to see the Caps vs Devils hockey game (as annotated on our reservation). The hostess who seated us said she would see about getting the came in. When we got there they told us they didn’t take reservations so we couldn’t have one then I showed them the confirmation and the guy said yea I don’t know what that is. We don’t do reservations. We placed our orders at 7:05 and good don’t come until 7:36. I know that because we were seeing an 8:00 movie, so I was checking the time a lot. We only ordered 15 boneless wings, fries and a cheese and chips. The server was great but the food was slow. Over all not a great experience and probably won’t go back.
They did not accept the open table reservation. We had to wait for a table even with proof of reservation. We came at 4 pm for the Jet game. Giants game was on most of the televisions and the 2 large screens. They refused to out the jet game on an TV until Giant broadcast ended around 4:15. Food was Mediocre, service had to try to catch a waitress to get an order in. Awful experience.
They didn’t seat us and we arrived earlier for our table. It was a guy behind the bar telling everyone who walked in “they’re closed for seating” even though there were empty tables and a UFC fight happening. Pretty sub par customer service and just seemed lazy on their part.

Hostess informed us does not honor opentable reservation’s. Got seated at 6:15 , no server for 20-25mjns finally got drinks at 7 and food took 45 minutes to come out
Abby, our server was amazing. We were a party of 8 with 3 babies and she made sure everyone was taken care of. Really attentive and sweet. Great experience!!
They play music instead of putting the game audio on. Service is slow and inconsistent. Multiple issues with our correct food being delivered.
Took kids here for a party and they had a nice time but there are no extra treats for birthdays or other events Just fun

I’ve been to this location many times. In this visit, the wings were pretty dry and not very meaty.
Great experience we enjoyed sitting in the newly renovated booths.
