We were a party of 6 lunching on a very warm April day. Service was very welcoming and efficient and the place was busy and buzzing. On reflection the glass screen and sun umbrellas probably made it too warm. Food and house wine were all good. Escargots could have done with more sauce but they were still great. Burger landais (with foie gras topping) was historic. The beef here generally seems to be top notch.
I would not call this fine brasserie the station buffet which conjures up a picture of British Rail curled up sandwiches. Read the review under the title of La Grande Brasserie
