After waiting in line for over 20 minutes to place our order, my wife received her meal a good 10 minutes before mine. Unfortunately, her food arrived cold. When my dish, the "fisherman’s catch," finally came, the chips were also cold. The seafood was subpar — it tasted like cheap, frozen fish, except for the prawns, which were thawed but had a rancid smell, despite the chef's claim that they were fresh that morning.
This was the worst meal I've ever had. I want to thank the waitress who took my complaint seriously and offered us a refund. We're just two people, and I know we probably won't be missed, but it's safe to say we won't be returning after this experience.
My partner and I frequent Bull n Barra for the 2 for 1 deal Mon Thurs. Highly recommended as the service has personally, always been great. In particular Jade (long brown hair tall). Not only did she provide brilliant, personable and humble service to my partner and I but we also witnessed her go out of her way for many other patrons! Go Jade! One of my friends ordered the pork, and it arrived undercooked. By the time it was sent back and she received her meal again, we had already finished ours. It's really unacceptable. As a chef myself, I know a thing or two about food quality, and I believe they need to seriously step up their game. I definitely won't be dining there again.

This restaurant offers great value, especially with their 2 for 1 deal on Mondays and Thursdays. You can easily feed a family of 4 for under $50. They have a decent variety of meals to choose from and the service is friendly and quick.
I am loving this restaurant! The fantastic deals, delicious food, and great atmosphere make it a perfect spot for all-day dining. I am definitely becoming a regular here.
