Really disappointed, waited over an hour for our food. Brought out the wrong entree and when told it was incorrect the waitress just never came back… 2 hours and we still had only gotten one burger and no second entree. Never got our second round of drinks we ordered. Food finally came 2.5 hours in, at this point it was so late, we asked for the check and boxes. Waitress did comp the food but overall just disappointing: there’s no reason to wait 2.5 hours for food, no second round of drinks, and have our server only come to our table 3 times the whole meal. Also, we were some of the only people there : disappointed. Won’t be going back.
The Bulldog is my go-to bar and restaurant on Lyndale. They boast an impressive tap list with outstanding Belgian and German beers that are rarely found elsewhere. Additionally, their selection of ciders and sours is equally distinctive. Their hot dogs, main courses, and wings are all top-notch. And the best part? There’s always a song by The Clash playing in the background whenever I visit!
I visited The Bulldog for the first time with a guest from out of town and was disappointed to be refused service simply because my driver’s license is being renewed. Even at 66 years old, their policy seems to deny service to seniors. I won’t be returning and will gladly tell my friends that there are far better places to enjoy a menu and spend our money!
Wonderful people! I absolutely love the atmosphere here—everyone is friendly and service is quick. The food is delicious, too. Whenever I visit Minneapolis, I always stop by this bar, and Vitor is my favorite bartender. The music selection is fantastic, and the overall vibe is incredible! It's definitely a cozy bar that you must visit.

The happy hour specials are definitely worth it! It can get really crowded sometimes, but the quesadilla and other dishes here are surprisingly good for bar food, at least in my opinion. The prices are fair, and they offer a solid selection of beers, ciders, and more.
I absolutely love the Hawaiian volcano burger, and the beer selection is pretty good. They also serve food late until 1 AM, which is becoming rare to find these days. The atmosphere feels like a classic neighborhood bar, and the clientele seems to be mostly locals.
The fried pickles were tasty, but the Italian beef was somewhat dry and didn't taste fresh. The tater tots were unexpectedly soggy. The service was good, but it's probably not a place I would visit often. Overall, I’d rate the food 3 out of 5.
It was just okay. Recently, the food has lacked flavor. The Italian Beef Sandwich was not very good. However, the Fried Pickles were surprisingly delicious. Overall, I would rate the food a 2 out of 5.

My first time trying they're food. Turkey Burger and Cajun fries with side salad was delicious. Id definitely return. Seem like a chill place to dine in sometime.Food: 5/5
