Tempted to give this establishment 4 stars, but it’s been 2 days since I’ve eaten and I’m CRAVING more. Supreme pizza was delicious, great toppings, sauce cheese all great and fresh, crust had a proper solid structure to it! I wish it was just slightly) crispier, but it held up well and was even better when reheated for leftovers. The garlic knots, by far the best in the local area. I mean, the pricing is FANTASTIC, and for what you get, man I could have this all the time. Real garlic, warm soft fresh knots, so much flavor, MMM. And then had to try the birria tacos, and wow. As a Mexican-American, who grew up on the West Coast and then moved to the East Coast let me say how hard it is to findquality and authentic Mexican food in the area. Authenticity is hard to find! Not only was the food delicious but the service was amazing. I also got a pizza, and it was so good! BEST OF BOTH WORLDS. The portions are definitely worth the price. If you’re still reading this review and haven’t gone yet, this is your sign to go check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
We just discovered this place 3 months ago and have been ordering frequently from here. We LOVE the Steak Tacos and recently tried the Pork Tacos which were outstanding. We recently traveled to the Riviera Maya, Mexico and found this Mexican food to be fresh, great quality and authentic just like in Mexico. We also have tried the calzones, Stromboli and Mexican Burger deluxe and have never been disappointed. The girls behind the counter are all polite and always smiling.
I've only had the pizza so far, but this place is LEGIT. The look, texture, flavor and the smell of the pizza mimics the same that I would order when I'm in Brooklyn. I wasn't sure what to expect since this isn't an Italian joint and they also serve tacos, but if you get that thought in your head, too remove it. This place is absolutely L E G I T. This might be the best New York-style slice you'll find in Scranton. The tacos are impressive too, featuring homemade tortillas packed with meat. Both salsas are fresh and flavorful. A little tip: I took my leftover salsa verde home and tried it with sweet chili Doritos, and it was an amazing combination!
I'm originally from Brooklyn, NY, and as a kid, I used to enjoy pizza slices from a nearby park. Eating slices from this place brought back those nostalgic childhood memories. The food was incredible, and the price of $7.50 for two slices and a can of soda was an excellent deal.
The food and service were incredible! It's fantastic to find authentic tacos and New York-style pizza all in one place. I highly recommend this spot! As for kid-friendliness, my children loved both the food and the atmosphere.
