Ich bestellte das Essen, aber erhielt stattdessen Takeaway, schließlich. Ich musste fragen, wie es ihnen nicht vorkam, dass ich mit einer Nummer an einem Tisch saß. This outlet is in the food court of Broadway Shopping Centre. Offering the usual Vietnamese fare of banh mi, bun, pho, rice paper rolls, and other items. Make your order at the counter as well as your payment. Served quickly and efficiently. They have their own seating area as well so not too hard to nab a seat when the food court is busy.
I had a Pork Spring Rolls Bun (vermicelli salad bowl). It was quite tasty with the dressing and it was quite a generous portion. I enjoyed the different textures, the crunch of the spring rolls and peanuts, the softness of the noodles, and the dressing added a nice flavour to the salad.
Very poor service and not very competent staff. I watched as numerous customers complained about forgotten dishes.
I ordered eat in but was instead given takeaway, eventually. I had to ask as it did not occur to them that I was sitting at a table with a number on it. Staff were chatting in the kitchen, food preparation was painfully slow ( you can see the kitchen).
Food was not good, my lemongrass chicken had no lemongrass in it and was generally bland. Was not expecting Cabramatta type quality but this was very poor. All this for $14

Das Pho ist ziemlich gut. Ich hatte das Hühnchen Pho mit Rice Vermicelli anstelle von Reisnudel, weil ich schon am Nachmittag Nudel hatte. Die Brühe ist wirklich klar ... Ich konnte überhaupt kein Öl auf der Oberfläche sehen ... Bleib gesund mit diesem Teller. Das Huhn ist auch so zart und feucht. Kummer

Wir gingen ins Kino, also beschlossen, den neu renovierten Food Court am Broadway auszuprobieren. Ich habe das Hähnchen mit vietnamesischem Slaw Salat bestellt. Die Preise sind auf der höheren Seite im Vergleich zu normalen vietnamesischen Restaurants, aber mein Salat war eine anständige Größe. Das Huhn war zerrissene Stücke von pochiertem Hähnchen mit frischem knackigem Slaw, der einen zestigen vietnamesischen Dressing über die Oberseite und eine leichte Mayonnaise hatte. Der Salat war leicht und frisch und eine relativ gesunde Option für den Lebensmittelgericht.

Don't know why this place got so low rating on Zomato. Have eaten several of their menus and they were all ok.
The pho is pretty good. I had the chicken pho with rice vermicelli instead of rice noodle because I've already had noodle in the afternoon. The broth is really clear... I couldn't see any oil at all on the surface... stay healthy with this dish. The chicken is also so tender and moist.
Other dishes I've tried were banh mi with lemongrass chicken and crispy pancake. I always left feeling full and happy ...
We were going to the movies so decided to try out the newly renovated food court at Broadway. I ordered the chicken with Vietnamese slaw salad. The prices are on the higher side compared to normal Vietnamese restaurants but my salad was a decent size. The chicken was shredded pieces of poached chicken with fresh crunchy slaw that had a zesty Vietnamese dressing over the top and a light mayonnaise. The salad was light and fresh and a relatively healthy option for the food court.
