Today, I enjoyed a pretzel bun cheeseburger with chips, and it was packed with flavor! My wife tried the chicken artichoke panini sandwich, and she loved it. Back in November 2019, I had the chicken parmesan, which was very good. In December 2019, I tried the beef and sausage, which was the best around. One great thing about this place is that you don't have to bus your own dishes, unlike other bigger chain eateries. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The food was quite good, and you can indulge in some dessert from the nearby rainbow cone stand. However, I found the prices a bit steep, as they are higher than similar establishments like Portillo's. I tried the Avocado Jack burger, which was very flavorful, though it did have a bit too much mayo for my liking. The fries were perfectly cooked and not burnt at all, while the onion rings were outstanding—some of the best I've had in the area, even better than Mickey's. This place used to be good food. Now, the taste has been awfully distasteful. We bought others meals and also tasted yuk!Also, we waited for it 20 mins. I rather eat Dominoes pizza. The people who works here feels the dislikes of working here. I was at the drive thru and not a thank you after paying and receiving the food. I have to say thank you. I said before I’m not coming back. I just happened to be in the area and hungry. I said- let me give it a try again.perhaps the customer service before was having a BAD day! it got passed on to me.
Service-Went through the drive thru at 1130am. Several cars in line but orders filled quickly with little wait. Food-their beef is the best! Hands down they are the winner! The meat is so flavorful with just the right spices to leave the inside of your mouth with a nice and warm feeling! The bread is delicious, too! Top it off with fries and it is a delicious meal. While in Bolingbrook on business, wanted pizza and decided to stop in since we wanted to sit down to eat. Ordered a sausage pizza and a Beef Giardiniera pizza. The pizzas are about 10 each. The crust was tasty and chewy and the flavor of both pizzas was great. Staff was all great as well. They have sandwiches, pasta and other options as well. Would definitely return again!
Food was delicious! We stopped here after a long day and it was exactly what we needed. Very welcoming and warm when we walked in. Smelled delicious. Order was taken accurately and arrived to the table quickly. Inside including the bathrooms were very clean as well. Good job Buona!
Absolute perfection!! We got 3 beef sandwiches and a large fry. My only complaint is the store is quite a distance from where we live. If they opened a store in Joliet, hint hint, I think we would eat there 3-4x a week. I highly recommend! You won't be disappointed!!
Walking in, it smells so good. It was so hard to decide what to order. Got the Chicago dog, fries (cheese sauce a must). The avocado chicken salad was fresh! The staff all were friendly we didn’t wait long for our food. We will be back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The burgers are really good and filling too. I love the fries when made fresh. The Italian beefs are underrated they can be quite good. The salads are good and filling. Next time I go I am going to try the Italian beef bites.
