I'm back to revise my reading for this location. I absolutely love Buona Beef, but for the second time in a row my order was incorrect. The receipt is fine. I paid for everything, but one of my beefs was missing. My wife and I had to split one so my father could eat. Unacceptable, guys. This is the only location I have this problem. And twice in a row? Not cool. Could I have called and gone back? Of course. But I'd prefer to eat half of a warm beef than all of a cold beef. Fix this problem. Plea … – show
They got our drive thru order wrong again! Nothing like driving away to discover they gave you a chicken sandwich instead of the specialty burger I ordered. This is the 3rd time this has happened at this store. Garbage! Plus, I had to wait a long time to receive the wrong meal! Late getting back to work.
I walked in to place a takeout order for a meatball sandwich on gluten-free bread. Unfortunately, I didn't check it before leaving, and when I got home, I found that it was actually Italian beef. I wasn't sure if it was served on gluten-free bread, so I had to throw it away.
This is always a stop for me when visiting family. The beef is as delicious as when I first had it many years ago at their place on Roosevelt and Oak Park ave. For a true chicago beef you have to eat here.

The restaurant is always bustling, but the staff puts in a great effort to ensure orders are ready quickly. The service is excellent, and the food is delicious and served hot.
Had some issues with orders being correct multiple times, but the customer service is good and when I provided feedback, I was followed up with.
