Ariel, our cashier / Waiter extraordinarily friendly. Some of his employees helped him create my own personal dish by replacing the grilled chicken on their Caesars ' salad with 5-inch discs with BBQ sauce. I suggest they call the new dish Beef Caesars ' Salad . It was delicious. In addition, we had four people in our party the total cost of meal under $60 including taxes tip. This place is the best gastronomic value in Hoffman Estates. Good times. We ordered: Buona beef Caesars' salad with BBQ sauce lemonade. I must say the burger and the Pommes were excellent! The meat was juicy, the bungalow was warm and not 5 days old and the service was excellent. And no tipping! Compare this with the new restaurant Restoration Hardware, which was opened 4 weeks ago at Oak Brook Mall, and it's not a brainer where you should go. Check out the attached photo of a $20 burger, $9 potato and $4.50 ice tea at Restoration hardware (photo on the left). What a joke for $33.50 plus tip!!! The costs at Buona Beef were under $12.00 and the food was much better hands down (photo on the eight). Go on. And I guess the restaurant was clean and fast. Congratulations!
They are going down hill.my beef sandwiche had to be no bigger than 4 inches and the hot Gardiner was so little that I told the guy that delivered it to my table where is the hot Gardiner he even laughed when he seen how much was on there but did bring me more.was my favorite but not no more .15 dollars and I was still hungry I know prices went up but not that much to take advantage of there dinners. Very Disappointed
I live very close to the one on Higgins.Tbh I will never return. I only ever order cheesey beef hot dipped. They get it wrong just about every time. Check your food before you leave. Today was the the last time. The guy said huh?...as if he's never heard of such a thing. They apparently specialize in Italian beefs, but don't really know how to make them. They also cost more than your local hot dog joint.
Clearly cannot handle night time business or the drive thru. Was trapped in the drive thru for 22 minutes. Zero urgency. Please make another lane for people to escape. I ordered a hotdog and a drink and almost took 30 minutes to get it. Never returning to this location.
This place was recently renovated. It's more open. Get the Italian beef sandwich or the combo that is the Italian beef and sausage. Don't get the Cheeseburger or the Hamburger. The beef they use is really disgusting. The staff is very friendly. Place well maintained
The sandwiches are tiny now, they decreased the size of the sandwiches by over half. We were still hungry after what is normally a filling meal. We've been here before and used to love it. It seems like they're under new management or the old management got cheap :
Food was excellent! And the service was even better. Especially sweet lady Maria was annoying, busy tables in and out of the kitchen. Just a hard worker. The foundation was very clean. Will definitely be back for the big food and tip.
The price is not too bad for what you get here. If you want something better than McDonald comes here, because it's right next to him. You always have my order ready when I order online.
