Great hotel! We spent a week here and are completely satisfied. We had a small, cozy room on the top floor of the main house. You have to be good on foot here because there is no elevator. Didn't bother us, nor did the 1km distance to the center of Bernkastel. On the contrary, we were able to keep fit because of all the good food. Every morning we were able to enjoy the view of Landshut Castle. The bed was very comfortable, so we could recover from the stress of everyday life. The staff is friendly and concerned about the well-being of the guests. Our heating sometimes worked and sometimes didn't work due to the fluctuating temperatures in autumn. We stayed at the Burgblickhotel for 3 nights. Our room, on the 3rd floor, under the roof, made a fairly new impression, even though we had to climb into the bathtub to shower. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, the scrambled or fried eggs are freshly prepared. The coffee is available by the pot or for self-service from a fully automatic machine. The dinner from the menu was very good, as was the large selection of wines with the recommendation. Upon request, we were arranged to have a wine tasting with one of the house suppliers. Great service!

Our room was very nicely decorated and we didn't miss anything The breakfast rounded off the whole stay. There was a large selection and everything tasted delicious. The scrambled or fried eggs were freshly prepared and brought to the table. The same was the case with coffee. All in all we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. We would definitely come back

Freundlicher Empfang, ordentliches und geräumiges Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine sehr große Auswahl. Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich sowohl im Hotel als auch auf der Straße. In 15 Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den alten Teil des Dorfes. Gute Betten, aber das ist natürlich persönliche Geschmackssache.
How could any hotel in Bernkastel not be given 5 stars for location?? The service has been wonderful even with some language barriers. Lovely staff, who are friendly to our newborn. Parking was easy, and nice amenities. The attached restaurant is also amazing!
We stayed in the holiday apartment (old town great location! and sat in the Ochs restaurant in the evening. Very good kitchen and very nice apartment. Everything is tip top! Lovingly run house with high quality standards. We'd love to come back in the spring.
