I tried this place when I first arrived in Australia, and wasn't impressed. I gave it another go today. I ordered the $10 special "Feel the cheese" and chips.The patty was very average, it tasted very much like a frozen burger from a supermarket, in fact not much taste to it. The cheese was hardly noticeable, but looked like the plastic ready sliced cheese that Americans are used to. All the other trimmings were excellent. Fresh salad, a tasty tomato relish, nice pickles inside a really fresh white sourdough roll.For me though, the patty makes or breaks the burger and it was disappointing.
Pretty tragic. My partner and I dropped in today for a quick lunch. I had the chicken parma burger which wasn't completely terrible, but that's about all I can say about it. It would have been nicer if it came with more than half a teaspoon of relish.
My partner had a beef burger. It was dry, the oil that the patty had been cooked with tasted rancid, and it was completely inedible. We got two chocolate milkshakes that didn't taste anything like chocolate, and watching the servers clear plates from the table and proceed to scrape the plates on the inside of the outdoor bin was pretty freakin' gross.
Would not return.
What I love about this restaurant is that you can get your choice of filling in any type of carbohydrate you like. I ordered the Mediterranean Lamb in a tortilla wrap. Every single ingredient used in that wrap amalgamated perfectly and I felt like I was in foodie paradise. It was absolutely scrumptious! The only downside is that I felt it was a tad bit expensive despite it being delicious. There was nothing novel about the wrap and I know I can easily replicate this at home.
Ordered lunch here, after some shopping with a friend. Instead of burgers we decide to go for wraps. What a joke, a small combo of beef wrap 29$! When did lunch got so expensive☹️. The wrap was quite soggy and hard to eat, the side of onion rings were burnt, and they don't do then as they used to anymore. The batter too thick and tasteless not golden and crunchy. Will not try this again.

The aussie burger tasted and smelt like spoilt oysters. Service was poor too, staff were vague with their service and told me there was tomato sauce (I thought it was a free condiment) then after searching and eating after the frustration told me it was 80c. Defo going for grill'd or v burger next time.
I regret giving this place a second go. The burger was ok considering the bread was thick and the bacon was not even cooked. Onion rings and chicken bites were burnt and inedible... Chips weren't even seasoned! Quite basic food and can't even do that properly. NEVER AGAIN
Friendly and polite service. I like the beef patty as it was juicy and really succulent. However, unfortunately the price is not cheap and the bread was rather dry and hard too. I did not finish my burger.
If you want a reasonable feed and don't want to pay a fortune, avoid this place. It is not cheap. Food is ok. Prices are extreme. $11 for a burger and $5.5 for chips is not value. That's without a drink!!

Watching the waitress scrap food from plates into a garbage bin by scraping the plates along the inside of bin and then push past the people in the line, myself included... without saying exuse me....
. I tried their $10.00 special. The burger and chips were really nice. Great value for money. Service was also quick. Will be back for quick meal.
