Hello. My initial impression of this restaurant is that it lacks proper management and structure, but the staff is hardworking and dedicated to serving all customers. I worked for this company in my teens, and I believe there should be someone in a supervisory role, especially during busy hours, as there wasn’t anyone present during my visit. As for the person in the comments below who is concerned about the sauce policies, not all locations of Burger King or McDonald's offer free sauces. Each franchise operates differently. I've learned over the years that it's essential for employees to be informed in advance if they need to charge for something.
Worst place. I ordered Burger King through DoorDash and always forget about my food. I called the store 19 times, and everyone went back. One of them answered and the owner Jose screamed at me and hung up the phone. I missed Wopper, Cheeseburger and Pommes from my order. I was charged for these things and I didn't refund them. Never had an experience that treated their customers like that. Never order here again.
I don?t know what happened, I asked for a Veggie Burger and got a bun with lettuce tomatoes and onion no patty? Never had that happen at this location before, not sure if maybe they stopped selling the Veggie Burgers but would have been nice for them to say so. Feel like I wasted my money..
I order food at this BK quite often, usually at the drive-through and a few people who work there are rude. not sure why but I think it 's one mexican lady in particular who 's vocabulary does not include the words like hello , thank you , you are welcome etc. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
be careful what want..and expect..i went in ordering 3$ double cheese combo and 2 whopper jr expecting 6$ nope i guess with new remodel and other factors i ended up with 10$ bill ..wow ok now i know to just eat at place..with no changes in menu..
The impossible heppers were at 2 for 1. At full price 3 of them with 2 big pommes (for 3 people) came to $29. It's a real demolition, it's almost food. For $30, I'd rather go over the street to Old Town Diner.
As the first customer, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who had a smile on her face. This warm welcome made my visit particularly special after a long night of work. Thank you!

Burger King is far superior to Wendy's, and I would go out of my way to visit this Burger King rather than choose Wendy's.
