Upon entering the vacant restaurant, I stood by the counter for what felt like several minutes, hoping someone would notice me and take my order. I saw staff members in the kitchen glancing my way, yet no one acknowledged my presence. They simply stared while preparing orders for the drive-thru. After what seemed like ages, a staff member finally approached the counter but offered no greeting or acknowledgment—no apology for the wait, nothing. It felt as though serving me was a favor rather than a responsibility.

This location is usually pretty quick and with-it. In the drive-thru today, however, I ordered a BK Big Fish with mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce, because I think the sandwich is normally too pickley. That's a word. I do like pickles, just not in overabundance. When I got home, I discovered they'd given me a chicken sandwich. With tartar sauce. And pickles. Luckily, I'm not a pescatarian, but if I was I'd have been incensed.Pro tip: If you can get fresh BK chicken nuggets, definitely do so. They are amazing, even sans sauce, and far better than McDonald's. BK's are thinner, however, so they turn into cold cardboard faster, and they don't seem to pull them as quickly as McD's, so odds are...
This was my first time visiting Burger King in the United States. I’ve always enjoyed their Whopper burgers back in India, so I was excited to try them again when I saw their logo in Union City. The service was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful even though I wasn’t sure what to order. We decided on the chicken sandwich, but unfortunately, it was a bit too salty for my taste. Maybe I just had an off experience with the food, but the excellent service stood out. Despite that, I’m looking forward to coming back and trying something different next time.
I asked to use the women's bathroom at Burger King, but the manager insisted on opening the men's bathroom for me instead. When I walked out, some men laughed at me. This happened around 2 PM in Decoto, CA. I felt harassed and discriminated against by the manager, who is Mexican. This experience left me very upset, overshadowing even the menu offerings at Burger King.

Two times in a row this place has given me food poisoning. Thought the first time may have been something else but now I'm sure it was this place. Service is slow as hell and I heard two employees arguing, possibly one was the manager. Health department should really look into this place. Food tasted alright at least, but I will not be back.
The customer service at this Burger King in Suchila was outstanding. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, leaving a lasting impression. When I realized I had misplaced my card, she quickly retrieved it for me, and I was truly grateful for her kind and swift assistance.
The restaurant needs to work on their order management. I was told to wait in the parking lot for my mobile order fish sandwich, but they forgot about me for over 20 minutes. Frustrated, I went back through the drive-thru only to find that my order had been ready and sitting, now cold.
Them dining area is really neat and clean I got my food fresh which is 10 out of 10 I appreciate them service.

The drive-thru service at this restaurant is excellent and very fast.
