Burger King - Tisch reservieren

 What we witnessed at this burger king for the second time in a row was appalling!! Used to be a regular customer now i refuse to go again! Assistant manager (small girl with glasses and black hair) was bullying another member of staff and told...her off, belittled her and bullied her infront of other staff and customers!! This may i point out is actually illegal as i come from a senior management role myself Turning round and sniggering after talking to that poor member of staff! When we were there i seen a child with her parents getting stared at blankly and she said hurry up under her breath which we all heard including her parents as we were queing behind that family and even we heard it...

There were a lot of flies near the cash register. It may be difficult to control that issue. Moving on to the food, I am a fan of Burger King. My wife also enjoys their burgers, so I often stop by on my way to work. However, this time, I ordered two Double Whopper with cheese meals and chilli bites, but they were disappointing. The burgers did not have the flame-grilled taste I was expecting, the lettuce was soggy, and the bread was squashed. I can only think of two reasons for this - either they were prepared in advance and left out, or the salad was added to the burger after it had been sitting for too long. We both threw our meals in the trash after a few bites because they were not up to...

Despite the challenges of serving food during a pandemic, the staff at this restaurant are doing their best to enforce safety measures such as requiring customers to wear masks, flowered lanyards, or show medical exception certificates. It is disheartening to see customers abuse and complain about the staff for simply asking them to follow these guidelines. We should all be looking out for each other during these tough times. Keep up the good work, hospitality staff, in keeping us all safe.

I don't understand the negative reviews, as my burgers and fries from this place have always been hot and tasty. Burger King's burgers and fries are the perfect option when you're in a hurry or on the go. If there's ever an issue with your order, just let them know and they will likely replace it. Don't expect them to read your mind – communicate any concerns so they can address them. If the issue isn't resolved, feel free to leave negative feedback.

Staff seemed friendly polite the place seemed well kept, had a short wait for food but it was freshly cooked hot the staff were apologetic.
