It's a disgrace how long the drive thru lines are and the wait time. Today I decided to go inside. There were 2 people in line and I saw 6 staff. The young manager I believe to be no more than 22 was talking to the cashier about something personallaughing and talking. The other staff just there no one at the drive thru window just walking around talking and playing. Afterthe young man took my order he had no change so he yells to the manager to come up to assist him . He apologizes for the waitthe manger after three times of calling her she yells What! I look at her and she changes and says yes. He says he needs changeshe goes to the back for a while and then returns eating Reese's candy wit...
Worst Burger King in the world. Why is this place still open? The customer service here is a joke. They close at 8pm when they're supposed to close at 9pm. Place my order through the app only to find out when I get there that they're closed and theywere laughing at me. I called the Restaurant to find out how I could get a refund since there was no option for refunds in theapp, and the young lady that answered the phone hang up the phone on me when I try to explain why I was calling.
Food was ice cold, gave us all 4 of the same sauce when we specifically asked for different kinds. This store just needs to shut down at this point. Its been horrible for years now and its the same story every time. Havent ordered from here in forever but i was craving Burger King. Now I remember why I dont order from here, never again
This Burger King offers terrible service—slow and rude staff. They’re often out of menu items, and the tables are either dirty or the chairs are stacked hours before closing. When I asked for a salad, the employee said they don’t sell it, even though it’s listed on the menu. There seems to be no management present.

Every time I order from this restaurant, something goes wrong. Either they forget the ketchup or my fries and burgers are completely missing. For instance, today we were supposed to receive three orders of fries, but we got none at all.
Inside service was like I don 't care if you 're here . But it was fast, hot ,and fresh. I had (I thought) was s meal deal, dubble bacon cheese Burger and chicken frys and French fries. Did not come with a drink. There 's my 2 cents.
Oh, why did you change the family bundle from 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries for $19.99 to just 2 Whoppers, 2 cheeseburgers, and 4 fries for $29.99? I'm really not happy about it. I don't feel like "I rule" anymore.
Bad soft drinks. Just seltzer water. Didn't have some of the items I ordered. What is it with Burger King? Every franchise in my area is terrible. Corporate needs to look into these things.

I ordered my double whopper with cheese and bacon! NO CHEESE AND NO BACON WAS ADDED TO MY SANDWICH, BUT YOU CHARGED ME FOR THOSE TWO ITEMS!!
I ordered the Family Bundle today and thoroughly enjoyed everything in the pack. The fries and burgers were all fresh and delicious.
