I had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The staff member was very rude when I asked for ketchup, sweet and sour sauce, and ranch all at once. He kept closing the window on me, clearly irritated and not letting me finish my request. Additionally, the food I received wasn’t hot and was poorly prepared. Overall, it felt like a waste of $17, especially given the current economy.
This is my local Burker King. Came here a few days a go and had a great experience. They have good customer service and my order always comes correct, but I would advise you to check your bags once you've received your food to ensure it is all there. Human error can easily happen but luckily these guys have been ontop of it every time I come. Thank you!
The review mentioned that only staff members could use the Women's Bathroom, forcing the public to use the Men's Bathroom, which was not particularly clean. Despite this issue, the vegetarian burger was delicious, and the reviewer's mom liked her fish sandwich.

The man at the drive-thru was extremely rude, and I couldn't help but feel there might be some underlying racism. It seems he could use some training. Additionally, the spicy chicken I ordered was cold and lacked flavor. I won’t be returning to this restaurant.
Despite there being no cars in front of or behind me, they still managed to mess up my order. I ordered a triple whopper, but I ended up with a double whopper with jalapeños instead.
I was curious to see if all Rodeo Burgers from Burger King had the same flavor, but I discovered that they do not. Moreover, they are not all priced the same.

I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:50 and ended up waiting 10 minutes before they turned off the lights and played the “I’m closed” message.
This restaurant needs some improvements. There were only two cars in the drive-thru, yet we waited 12 minutes to receive our food.
