worst experience with a Burger King I've ever had. was pulled in the drive forward to wait 20 minutes for cold eating. the hired told me that we don't have twirl rings, so I threw in an extra frit without asking when I don't even order the pommes. they made 2 of my 3 burgers wrong. I command the 2 for 6 and the cash calculated myself individually for the sandwiches, told me my good-sight was 't valid but it just came out of the app. then there were old tweeper rings. high blew and will probably never order again here. try to call them several times and the phone is out of the hook or separate. I'm shocked that the management even allowed this.
A very unorganized restaurant,workers not sure how to prepare the orders,staff unprofessional,they have different orders numbers and food choices other than what it rings up for on the register.they gave me the wrong food then took a very long time to correct the order and didn't even bother to offer me anything for my inconvenience. Definitely would NOT recommend spending any cash at this particular restaurant.They didn't even have items the advertised are rung your up for.This was a highly unpleasant experience.??????
I went through the drive thru tonight. Theybwere very rude, wouldn't let me use my coupon code, they also told me there was no onion rings when they brought me my order. They lied. They then brought me old onion rings I couldn't even eat. My receipt says NO ONION AS I CAN NOT EAT THEM. THEY PUT ONIONS ON EBERYTHIJG SO I WAITED 20 MINITES TO HAVE TO BEG FOR WHAT I ORDERED AND THEN GIVEN ALL THE WRONG STUFF. VERY RUDE AND DONT KNKW HOW TO DO THUER JOB.
I gave this restaurant a 5-star rating because my burgers were fresh and hot! There was a mistake with the total at the window, but they quickly fixed it by giving me back the difference and even threw in an extra burger and an ice-cold Coke for waiting in the heat. It wasn't a long wait at all, but I appreciated the gesture. Yes, I will definitely be returning to this place!

Christina, the lady who works at the drive-thru, is the friendliest person I have ever met at a drive-thru! She was so kind and my order was perfect. She served it with a smile! This location is the best I have ever been to. The other one on Glenway is awful. Thank you for the amazing customer service today. It made my day a little brighter! Keep up the great work!
burger king is not always consistent in terms of quality, they are generally different from bk to bk and also from day to day. but for the day I went, it was good. good eating and workers were nice. remember that how mcdonald’s, their miles vary. during the school period, this bk did not allow any pupils. I'm insecure if that's still the case.
They didn't have half the things I tried ordering and once I finally did get my order placed the young lady was bringing my food too me and stops in the doorway and expected me to get out of my vehicle to get my food and after a moment she turns around and takes my food back inside and sits it on the counter for the manager to bring out..
Sheesh you guys got hair all in my fries, and inside my sandwiches,?? and I have an upset stomach. Put a hair net on ……it’s policy or does anyone not think their hair falls off their heads?? Why can’t we give anyone negative stars?!
