I have ordered from this restaurant three times recently, and each time has been disappointing. It seems like the issue lies with the restaurant itself and not the delivery apps or drivers, unless I have just been incredibly unlucky. The first time my order arrived late and cold, the second time items were missing (although I was refunded by the delivery app, that is not the main issue). I tried to contact the restaurant, but the phone numbers on the official website were incorrect and disconnected, so I had no way of reaching them. The third time, my order was once again late and cold. I appreciate that they have vegetarian options on the menu, but the service is truly dreadful. Unfortunate...
Food is OK, staff are lovely, but the restaurant is absolutely terrible. No disabled toilets whatsoever, baby changing facilities in the ladies loo only (I change my daughter's nappies as wife can't get up the steep stairs) bloke's loo never has enough soap. There's room under the stairs for a disabled toilet but they're not putting one in. Rarely enough staff to clear the tables when it's busy. I wish I could uproot the staff to another BK nearby but there isn't one, sadly. Would be 1 star if it wasn't for the lovely staff.
The food at this restaurant was cold, and I think the chips were actually half frozen. My order was completely wrong, and the Coke was flat with no fizz at all. I spent £30 and couldn't even get through to speak to anyone about the issues. I will not be returning to this restaurant. It's so bad that I would rather take my chances getting stuck on the A12 than dine here again. The staff that served me seemed oblivious, chatting amongst themselves instead of focusing on the customers.
I used to work for this particular Burger King more than 25 years ago. Back then this was a friendly place where the service was fast. Ordered a bacon double cheeseburger and coffee. Waited more than 20 minutes for a simple order. The restaurant wasn't busy either. My expectations were thoroughly destroyed by this one visit. I've always enjoyed Burger King. Would have been cheaper and quicker going to Wagamama's over the road.

Would give it 0 stars to be honest , absolute sh*t hole .. there was poo all up the walls, the manager Chloe was racist to me and called me the N word !!! I don’t know how she hasn’t been fired yet ! Absolute disgusting place DO NOT EAT HERE we found pubic hair in our food and the burgers stank like fish can only imagine what the kitchen may look like ! I’m fuming
Lovely and hard working staff, clean restaurant and toilets. Made me feel very welcome from the minute we entered unlike McDonald’s or other fast food places. Food was hot looked good and tasted even better. Definitely recommend for a meal. The staff even said happy birthday to me as I had a birthday badge on
The most friendly staff at a fast food restaurant ever!! Had a lovely chat with them about love island and the drink 5alive. Food was hot fresh and fast, restaurant was clean very happy with my experience 10/10 they made me feel like a person not just a customer. Thank you
Ordered to Deliveroo. And Danut delivered to us. She seemed nice enough but the food was stone cold. We had to microwave it for it to be edible. Couldn’t eat the whole thing. The moment was lost. Thanks Burger King for reminding me why I awaited 8 years from my last visit.

Popped in to use a voucher we received after a bad experience at a different BK and the customer service was so nice we decided to have a full meal there. Staff were friendly and on task and the place was spotless. No complaints!
The staff at this restaurant were amazing, especially the managers who were very friendly. The food was hot and the service was quick. I will definitely be returning.
