I had 30 minutes to lunch today. wing around 11 clock and literally worked less than a block away. there was a car in front of me in the window and I waited almost 10 minutes. first I thought it was understaffed and I would accept that. but we're coming to this. After we waited 10 minutes behind this minivan, I'm going to the window and get an empty star from the cash register and then she asked me what I ordered. I tell her a medium with a coke and it's like I'm talking another language. there was no one behind me. in the last 10 minutes they could have received the only order. but somehow they didn't. but they could've worked hard. but they didn't even offer to get me something or make it...
The WORST burger king in the area, the workers can’t even be bothered to come to the window and they chose when they’re closed or not and they’re ALWAYS out of everything, earlier in the week went through there was someone smoking they had just come outside and they yelled that nobody was coming to the window and when we asked if they were closed he said yes, you don’t close until 10 even when understaffed you should be open until its time to close,8:30 is not 10
I didn’t even want to give this location a star, but in order to review it I had to. We Sat at drive through speaker for 15 minutes with no service or greeting to place order and saw nobody inside the store. This was at 5:40 pm when the restaurant is open until 8pm. This is Horrible customer service and if they had to close early there should have been a sign posted or notice. Don’t go here!!!!!!!!
Shockingly rude and unprofessional staff. A woman named Nicole who claimed to be the manager refused to place my order for a burger, then cussed me out when I asked for the number for her corporate office to call. I know fast food is hurting for staff right now, but surely even the Warren location can do better than this.

They in there slangin that good good dank burg for the low low. At times the coffee was not sustaining a suffieient temperature but that burger was a taste of the real og baller lifestyle if you catch my drift.
They can open the door for a worker relatives but see two people thirsty and can't give us water. Its hot outside it says that the lobby is open but is closed. Y'all are trash and i hope you lose the company.
last time I'll ever order from . I asked about the huren jr and got a real little burger with tiny amount of spicy, salad, tomato. this is not the first time I had problems. never order from them again!
