Placed order through drive through. Expeditor ticket attached to bag. Cash payment made no receipt was given. The transaction number was incomplete because the paper receipt wasn’t centered. The receipt given had the store name, address, phone number, ticket number, type of service (drive thru) , items ordered, transaction ID (last number cut off of receipt), date time. The ticket had the order correct but the order was wrong filled incorrectly. One of items ordered was a fish sandwich. Upon arriving home, I discovered there was a crispy chicken sandwich inside of the bag instead of a big fish sandwich which was ordered. My experience at Burger King was extremely disappointing. I ordered a sausage biscuit, but the employee seemed unfamiliar with it. When my order arrived, it was a cold sandwich with sausage, biscuit, egg, and cheese, and it was all incorrect. The French toast sticks were also cold and hard. At checkout, they were out of vanilla iced coffee, and the staff member was touching her face with bare hands. The manager attempted to make a coffee with milk and simple syrup, but it was awful. The food tasted bad, the cleanliness was poor, and I was frustrated that the staff didn’t know their own menu. Overall, it was the worst experience.
I love the food as always . But the manager DEE man she is an absolute mess. she's disrespectful to her customers even her employees. she don't take the time out her day to help her employees who is asking for help. I came in for food and she took my order and she was gave me attitude the whole time. then when I got my food she just threw the slammed the sauce in my face and walked away with an attitude. the food is good don't get me wrong but if you want to get treated with respect thats not the place to go
No matter if I order online or order at the restaurant someone always messes up my order. If you can't read a food order you should be doing something else.I usually order a Tripple Whopper with extra cheese and bacon and for some how this location can't never get it right. Never coming back to this location again.

While ordering at the drive-through, one employee was yelling so loudly through the headset that I couldn’t understand anything. When I reached the window, one person continued shouting and making noise while other staff members asked him to be quiet. To make matters worse, all of the employees were rude.
The Coca-Cola served here has an incorrect syrup-to-seltzer ratio. It tastes more like diet Coke than regular Coke. I recommend conducting a taste test or, even better, monitoring your ingredient levels closely, as it seems the syrup might be running low.
This place was the most disgusting place. Excrement and urine everywhere in the bathrooms. To think that the help was using these bathrooms before they were preparing food was absolutely horrifying. We decided not to eat in this hole.
