Easy order in the drive thru. Had two coupons. Get to window and pay, waited five minutes, and they hand me the wrong order. Mind you, 2 cars in whole drive thru. Five more minutes, a guy hands me a drink, I say I didnt order a drink and he takes it back. Another five minutes, a girl comes to window and asks if I have paid yet. Another five minutes and a different person brings me two bags. I have zero confidence the order is right so I start to look through the bags. Two of them poke head out window and start saying that I have the right order. In a hurry now since I spent an extra 15 minutes on this nonsense so I leave and take it home. Of course it is missing a chicken sandwich and there...
Great customer service! Stopped here tonight around 8pm. The woman who was taking orders in the drive thru was very polite and genuinely sounded like she wanted to be there. Seems like the fast food industry has been taken over by rude unhappy poorly trained employees. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good fast food experience so this was a nice change of pace. Food was hot and fresh! Best part is that coupons were included in the bag when I got my order. New favorite location.
the last 10/15 times that I have been "in this place and the plymouth in the last few months are closed because something does not work or honest I don't even know why, at some point there is not even a note in the evening hours says it's supposed to be open. I have always been a big fan of bk and always my friends to get it, but after these last months I would be surprised if bk still without the next few years that is just sad...bath business. just bad business.
The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, with just one employee managing all the tasks. Nevertheless, he made the best Whopper I've ever tasted (and I've had my share!). Even though it was very busy, he stayed composed and offered excellent customer service, ensuring my food was ready in no time. Overall, out of all the Burger Kings I've been to, this one stands out as the best! Great job, everyone—keep up the fantastic work!

As I expected, three other poorly managed Burger King locations have closed previously, and this one will soon join them. It appears that Burger King has been unable to retain capable employees at any of its city outlets. It's ironic that the restaurants in rural areas are well-run and polite, while those in the city suffer from incompetence and low standards. It won't be long before this location faces the same fate.
Love the service we got while we stopped in to grab something to eat, Saturday evening Nov. 10th. The young lady at the register was very polite and very friendly. The other lady at the counter was very friendly as well. They both enjoyed my 3 year old and made our time extremely pleasurable. We be will back for sure. Thank you for the level of service we received
This place don't earn no stars. The employee are just there to get paid but not working as it need, they still need training. For a large drink is not even a full fill, is more of half fill. So is not worth for a large drink, minds will just get a regular drink size. Please do not hire lazy people.
The restaurant was clean and the service was prompt. However, it was quite noisy due to some customers in the area, which can be distracting, though it's not the restaurant's fault. It would have been appreciated if a manager had intervened to ask them to lower their volume.

The food was piping hot today. Fries, Chicken sandwich and nuggets. Quick friendly service from the staff. They even followed my request for very little ice in my drink. Much appreciated.
Horrible!! We waited almost 1 hour and there weren’t many cars waiting. I’m wondering if they even have a manager to run the place better
