Eating is food. but they forgot my order of L-Fries. I didn't know it until home. that's the second time that this happened to me at this place. the first time they forgot a burger. I went when it wasn't so busy, but the workers were pretty slow to get the food out. no one behind me, but about 25 minutes to get my food and of course only have high schooler fun on the back with music on and around. in any case would think whether it is annoying and worth its time. but I know fast eating is quick food.. You get what they get.
Where do I start?The woman who was in the drive thru was RUDE AS HELL rushing us to order...just to give us the WRONG order and NO receipt. When I tried to enter the store to place a complaint, the door was locked.I later found out that this rude lady working the drive thru was actually the manager.I really have gathered a distaste for the restaurants of Saint Paul overall. This was a particularly bad experience and I am tired of spending my money here and never getting what I ask for.
cold pommes and no seasoning as they were cooked twice. a little tomaten on the royal huh. I ate the half of the sandwich and found it like oh. I put my drink in front of me into the car and then handed over to me during the kovid? they can't get it to 100%.
Ordered the rodeo burger and there were barely any bbq sauce. Thus, the burger were really dried. Service was amazing. One of the employees gave us lots of ketchups and that was really great. Usually, fast food charges for sauce and whatnot.

Customer service was amazing!! LuShonna was very kind and polite and helped us order what we wanted. Food was immaculate ???? will come back again. This location is located at 841 Maryland Ave .
Very good customer service, Had everything correct for our order and a very nice lady. I only want to visit this location from now on. Miss LaShonna had great customer service.
Drive thru was fast and efficient. Food was Hot! And everything was in the bag. One of the better BK's I've been to. It's nice when the food is fresh.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I understand we ordered alot, BUT that isn't an excuse to give such poor customer service.
