The food and service at this restaurant are usually quite good, assuming they have enough staff. Unfortunately, they have been facing staff shortages, which has caused some significant issues. At times, they've even had to close the lobby or the entire restaurant, including the drive-thru, earlier than usual because employees can’t work all day, every day, and need their time off. Like many Burger Kings, this location appears to be somewhat mismanaged and often operates with fewer employees, which can lead to burnout and staff wanting to leave early after long shifts. I still plan to visit this place when I'm back in my old neighborhood and craving fast food, but I don't indulge in fast food...
I’m really disappointed that so many businesses overlook the needs of their customers. How is it that not a single person is able to ensure that the hours of operation match what's listed on Google? It's essential for someone to manage your Google hours, especially given the volume of business you generate! None of the Burger Kings in our area are open past 11 PM, even though their Google listings indicate they close at midnight!
FAST, FAST, FAST, Nine cars in the drive-thru when I moved in, this is a no for me. I'm going in, nobody in there. Directly to the counter, 2 Cheeseburger and small fry and Diet Soda. Food was outside before I got my lemon and spices ready. Burgers were hot, fries were fresh, soda was flat, but quite perfect. Life is good. Have sympathy for people, you don't know it's fighting.
I ordered dinner using the BK mobile app while heading home from work. However, when I arrived at 9:10 PM, the restaurant was closed. The sign at the drive-thru stated they would be open until 11 PM, so I was really disappointed with this experience.

We haven't eaten at the Burger King in Ramsey for a while because we found it to be quite unpleasant. However, our recent visit was a great experience; the food was hot, fresh, and very satisfying. I’ll definitely be returning to this location.
There was a long line at the drive-thru, which made me expect that it would be busy and the food would be fresh. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The food was not fresh at all, and the onion rings were cold. I would give it 0 stars.
Good food for fast food. It's a burger king, so nothing extravagant. This special location in winter, however, has a bad plough. My personal vehicle was almost stuck in the drive thru from all places.
The food remains excellent. All the necessary precautions were taken to ensure safety against COVID-19. I felt very safe and comfortable dining there.

The ice cream in my soda was nearly melted by the time my food arrived. The soda was lukewarm and diluted from sitting out for too long.
A car voucher? That seems absurd. If that's the case, then I suppose it's better not to send out any coupons at all.
