The burgers here are good, but make sure to double-check your order before leaving the drive-thru to see if they actually added the cheese you paid for. I've had this issue twice where they charged me for it but didn't include it. However, they did refund me and even offered me a complimentary burger for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. It seems like there are new staff members, so hopefully, they’ll improve with experience. I really miss having Wendy's around.
I have to say, this was some of the worst food I've had in a long time! The burgers were dry, and the poutines were stacked one on top of the other, causing the sauce to leak everywhere and leaving the food dry. The fries were cold and soggy. I'm really disappointed and won't be returning.
Bad service. Burger dry and burnt. No apologies. Place locked at 5h30 pm so couldn't even use restroom. The rudeness of the signs in the window says everything you need to now about how they value their customers. I even wrote to management about this and no on ever got back to me.

I visited the restaurant yesterday and was denied service at the counter for lunch. I was told to use the drive-thru instead, even though I was on foot and it was pouring rain! I ended up just walking out.
Literally hair in our food, all the portions seems so small like they're making sure to give the bare minimum. Definitely one of the worst fast food in town
Took 45 min to get my stuff they were like 10 in the kitchen and I had ordered online 35 min before going there but they didn't start it until I was there.
