I placed an order through the app at 10:21 PM and arrived to pick it up at 10:25 PM. There were a few other customers waiting for their orders, but it took quite a while for the staff member at the counter to acknowledge anyone. Eventually, they told us that they were closed. This is the fifth time this has happened, with the same employee claiming they are closed and refusing to fulfill orders that had already been placed through the BK app or delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats. This experience really makes me hesitant to order from this location again.
I appreciate that the food is made fresh in front of you, but it cools down rapidly. Additionally, I’m not a fan of Burger Kings located at gas stations since they don’t align with regular locations; for instance, they don’t accept coupons and you can’t keep your receipt because you pay the gas station owner. They also offer limited menu options. If you happen to keep your receipt, look up their details online—it's quite eye-opening.
I really love McDonald's fries, and that's one of the main reasons I go there. However, lately, their fries have been served cold. When they're cold, they just don't taste good. I really hope they start offering indoor dining soon because I can't wait to have some hot fries!
Custom service is really bad..the people working over there are always speaking in their own language even when customers are there..nd not putting the tissue or a ketchup..very worst Burger king working with these people.. nasty

I went to this restaurant three times this week, and each time it was closed due to the staff being on their lunch break. It seems unreasonable to have all three employees take their breaks at the same time. I won't be returning.
If this is the burger king off hempstead trnpke and Elmont road, this place is horrible. Employees are rude and they take WAY TOO LONG to make meals. The WORST BK restaurant.

The two Big Kings I ordered at Burger King were fantastic! They were so much better than the ones from the Burger Kings in the Bronx. The menu really impressed me!
