I went there today because i was craving for it. The girl who took my order seemed very nice and this would be a good drive thru experience for once. I was mistaken the girl who gave me my food said nothing at all no hello , you welcome , do you needanything else. The manager is very ignorant she handed me my burger that was missing from my order and didn?t say nothing sorryfor the inconvenience I said thank you to her and she looked the other way. When we first pulled up getting in line we saw one employee playfully hopping counters in the inside with condiments in hand. In the drive-thru line at 10:18. It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker(where you place your order) which was just us giving ourmobile order name. It took another 10 minutes and they handed us our food. Finally 20 minutes In the line we get our food just for it to be cold. We gave it back and the drive thru attendant gave us our hot food quickly. Pulling off at 10:41.ñ, weChecked the (custom) bacon cheeseburger and it was hot but the bread was old and hard, stale.

I pay for it and when I pull off and look at it, he gave me a Honey Mustard.Trifling service and they rush you out the line as quick as possible
We were excited to try the melt burgers. We ordered one classic melt and one bacon melt. They were both awful, the bread was not toasted it was just white bread like they pulled out pack smacked the burgers on it and there little to no sauce on either burger. The service felt rushed!! Very disappointing will not be going back!!!!

This was the 3rd and last time I go here!!! How do you screw up a simple order. The only thing that was right was the onion rings. It wasn?t even a line!!!!! Looking at all the reviews, clearly this Burger King don?t care about customer service orcomplaints. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Went for a quick bite to eat, in line for 8 minutes. Asked for whopper Jr meal with cheese, no onions and received burger no cheese (charged for cheese) and only pickles on sandwich . I did not have time to return my food..... extremely disappointed.
The microphone system at the drive-thru is really poor, with a lot of feedback. Even after I repeated my order several times, it was still taken down incorrectly, which led to my order being made wrong.
Waited in line for 10min with no one taking my order! There was no one else there, so you can't say they were busy.
