Worst possible Burger King ever. Some ride red haired boy. who does not even bag food was wearing camo dirty gloves on his hand was attempting a bag my food. I politely asked him to take the gloves off and put on clean gloves he eyes at me sighed heavilylike I was being rude. Then proceeded the throw to the dirty gloves onto the dirty ground and then when he put on clear gloves,too bag my food, and he came back to the window. Service is good however the sausage breakfast sandwich is burnt. I'm actually a former burger king cook and in my day we would never have sausage go out burnt. I called and talked to the manager. He said it's just like a burger. I could not reason with him. The problem with that statement is the sausage is precooked and burger is frozen raw. Also pork cooks differently that beef. They can adjust temp and speed to properly cook Now the guy was nice enough but I'm hoping this resonates to them They aren't cooking the product correctly
I?ve stopped by several times and it?s always an issue with something, cold food, long wait times, app crash, and non participating store on the app.. so app is basically useless?? Tried to talk to the store manager and shift manager, both were very arrogant.. told us to go somewhere else. Couple of notes: bushes are out grown and are in right of way of the drive thru, trash littered all of the parking lot and landscape. Windows are spotty with hand prints.

The woman with Blonde hair and a pony tail was very rude. Was talking badly about me as I was walking out the door to another worker. I would if gone back in to give her some lessons on how to treat people but my daughter was with me so I just walked outand told my daughter that acting like that in NOT appropriate for anyone! Avoid this location at all costs. Rude employees!!
The food at this restaurant was lacking in flavor, for instance, the only seasoning on the burger was whatever was in the pickles and ketchup. It's not ideal to have a meal without salt! However, Robin at the Drive-Thru was wonderful! Their friendly demeanor and bright personality made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Thank you, Robin, for making my day better!
Bad service here with the male manager in the morning with black hair and glasses is very loud and rude and also has a short red haired employee who thi KS he can treat customers however he wants. The best employee there is the early morning huy with longblonde hair is very respectful and kind and courteous the other employees need to learn from him.
this place sucks, i love BK but this place is run by complete inept people. The hours listed at the physical restaurant arent the hours they close, it seems completely random, it doesnt matter if there is one person in the drive thru or 5 the food takesforever. ill go up to round lake or to central ave for BK from here on out.

I always choose to have lunch at this restaurant and get the same thing every time. The food is consistently fresh and the fries are delicious. The staff is always friendly and kind.
The staff was welcoming and accommodating. They even took care of our dog. The location is stunning.
