Normally I would get Burger King five stars but all this particular visit they're ice cream machine was down and I didn't get my little soft surfer 50 cents nor did they have onion rings which is one of my big reasons for going to Burger King because McDonald's guess what does not have onions now Burger King you need to get our kids toy and a Happy meal because that's super important people can retire off those little toys like me now if I'm not out of characters yet I'm going to go on to say that the chicken sandwich there is unbelievably good this is the best chicken sandwich people I mean I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A don't get me wrong but this chicken sandwich was delicious and I ate it...
The cooks clearly have trouble reading the orders. I've ordered burgers with extras, but when I receive them, they only include the added items and nothing else. There have been instances where I've had to ask for a remake three times after explicitly stating to include everything and just add what I requested, yet they still can't get it right. I've also ordered sides, only for them to be forgotten entirely, and then the staff argues with the cashier about whether I ordered them. I can understand mistakes happening during busy periods, but I always visit when it’s not busy. I think I’ll start driving a little out of my way to go to a different Burger King from now on. I recently visited a brand new location, and I was impressed by the state-of-the-art facility. The employees were enthusiastic and provided quick service. Everyone was friendly and courteous, and the place was spotless both inside and out. They offer dining in, takeout, and drive-thru options, making it convenient for all situations. The parking lot is spacious, and the curb appeal is quite appealing. They are also following all COVID protocols, including mask-wearing and disinfecting surfaces. I ordered breakfast for myself and my wife, and as usual, the quality and flavor of the food were excellent, just like I've come to expect from Burger King.
I?m fed up finally. This Burger King has the worst customer service they?re consistent at it which is the sad part. It?s sad that it?s the manager with short hairs glasses that?s the worst. She?s very condescending and has a super smart mouth. You can say thank you after all their mess and they still will just look at you like you?re crazy when they actually forget items on your order and you ask for them. The restaurant is consistently understaffed, and I'm not sure why they struggle to retain employees. It seems there might be a management problem if they can't keep their staff. As a result, the service tends to be slow. While the food is always fresh when it arrives, it does take quite a while to get it. I wouldn't recommend using this location for your $40 and $60 fast food orders. It only adds stress to an already overwhelmed manager. Consider taking those food orders to Publix instead.
I use to love Burger king, But the buns are always stale, Seem really old and still they serve them to customers. The burger taste freezer burnt and the sandwich all together is just thrown together. And how did they get so small and the price get bigger. Sorry BK but its time for us to part ways.
This BK never gets the order right. This is the 5th time i paid extra for cheese on the whopper and didn't get it. I also didn't get the tomato either. I wouldn't go there but it is 2 blocks from my house
