I've been with this Burger King many times, and I've never had really big complaints before. I tried to go through the drive-thru tonight at 10:48 and they don't close until 11:00, but they weren't open. I then called this Burger King and my call was answered by a man and when I asked him to confirm the fact that they were open or that they should be at least open, he then replied by saying that they must close whenever their systems have closed for the night, so did they and he then hang on me? Seriously? What the hell is this explanation? I guess I have to get my family on my way to the McDonald's, which is actually open during their posted hours.
The service was fast this morning, the order was right, and the store was clean. However, your breakfast cannot compare with McDonald's. I like French toast sticks, but here is something strange about them, and they are often limp and uneven that they were different and better than you imagined. Their biscuits suck absolutely dry and crumbling. The Coke Freestyle machine at this point has none of the special flavors... it's just output standard coke products like a regular well. Hurry up and start the impossibility of Whopper nationwide, and fix the above problems, or I don't look back. I'm just visiting if there's nothing better nearby.
I ordered from Burger King through DoorDash and unfortunately, the food was delivered cold and incorrect. While the fries were still hot, my deluxe chicken sandwich was ice cold and missing all of the toppings, even though I didn't make any changes to the order. This was my first time craving Burger King in months, but after this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again anytime soon. I want to clarify that the DoorDash driver did a great job delivering the food quickly, so it's surprising how cold my sandwich was compared to the fries.
It's time to share my experience: I visited Burger King store #5672 at 6746 W Greenfield Ave. Yesterday, they gave us the wrong order. When we called, the manager said we could come in anytime to get a replacement order. Today, when I went to the counter, the employee refused to honor the promise and claimed they had already served us some food. Rude staff. Two employees saw me and walked away without saying anything to me. Finally they decided to help me. The lady that helped me actually rolled her eyes when she was forced to help me! Blatant rudeness and wasn't trying to hide it. Then later shewas doing an interview. At least the food was fresh tasting.
Eating is good when you get it in time. Waited 13 minutes to give our order without explanation or an apology for the massive delay. The conversion of this location is beautiful, but the exterior needs an energy wash. Soda machines make a huge mess because they don't just figure out how to use.
Never understood how hard it is to get a correct order when you go through the drivethru. I thought maybe it was 1x or 2x an accident but every time I come here someone fails my orders. It?s ridiculous I hope these people are getting poor wages becausetheir work is awful here never fails.
The new melt sandwich at this restaurant isn't even toasted. It took them 3-4 minutes to help me at the drive-thru, and I almost left because it was dinner time. I can't get enough of those sausage egg and cheese croissant. Every time i go in they never fail to impress. The croissant it self is never squashed flat they are always fluffy with a hint of butter which makes the whole thing come together amazingly.
