Ordered some French toast sticks, (weird, I know, don’t judge me) around 10:50, after paying I was instructed to pull up to the left and it would be a couple minutes to cook.30 minutes pass and I reverse back to the window, and ask about my order. The first guy at the window seemed bewildered and asked what I had, then a second guy got off his phone and came over laughing saying the people that took my order left 20 minutes ago and said they switched shifts at eleven. He refused to give me my money back so I said “alright, no biggie at least give me my food then”, so I pull up and wait for my order, AGAIN.He comes out 5 minutes later with a bag, and I thank him and realized there wasn’t any...
I've gone here a few times now and disappointed each time. Most recent 2 trips:Last time cold burger and cold onion rings- Im talking cooler than luke warm- sitting under a heat lamp too long. Passed it off as I went on an off time from the lunch/supper rush.Tonight had Whopper Wednesday. Fries were very hot and fresh but the Whopper was dry and cold, not enough mayo/ketchup and currently wondering if I have food poisoning as I can't leave the bathroom. My husband also having the same stomach issues.I appreciate fast food -loke it was in the bag and handed to us as we pulled up...but this is pushing it. Fresh and hot and waiting a few minutes is much better received and appreciated than food...
Dear Family, We had a wonderful experience at the Hilltop Hotel Restaurant in August 2023 during our visit to see some relatives. The restaurant is beautifully situated with views overlooking the Grand Falls on the St. John River. There is plenty of free parking, and it’s just a quick turn off Madawaska Road. As soon as we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the staff and requested a table by the window to enjoy the view of the falls. Although there were signs indicating staff shortages, it did not impact our service at all. The team was friendly and well-informed about the local history, which added to our enjoyable experience.
The location has improved significantly over the past few years. The burgers are now more consistent and taste quite good again. In terms of vegetarian options, there are two veggie burger choices available. The restaurant is kid-friendly, meeting standard fast-food criteria. Parking is convenient, as there are plenty of spaces in the strip mall. Regarding accessibility, there is a ramp, but please note that there are no automatic doors for entry. The tables and surrounding area could use a bit more frequent cleaning. However, it was still much cleaner compared to other fast food restaurants. I've noticed a significant improvement in all aspects at this Burger King.
They literally have nothing available on the menu every single time we come here, if it’s in the menu you should have it in kitchen, no jalapeños cheddar bites, no mozzarella sticks, no dipping sauce available.
