I’m quite disappointed with my visits to this Burger King location. The grand opening was fantastic, but every time I’ve returned since, the quality has been consistently lacking. I’ve received cold burgers, and my granddaughter, who usually enjoys the chicken fries, found them so tough and dry that they were inedible by the time we got home—only three blocks away! I wouldn’t even give them to my dog. If this continues, I may have to stop coming here. On the bright side, the customer service has been excellent—quick and friendly. Thank you for that!
