I would appreciate it if the staff at this restaurant would pay more attention to their service. I asked for cheese twice and did not receive any confirmation from them. Despite this, I was charged twice for cheese. The staff was rude and rushed, and did not acknowledge me as a customer. Ultimately, I did not receive the cheese I ordered and was charged twice. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service.
Too bad I cannot rate a zero. Ordered on the app and they said they had no whoppers but would not give me a refund. What type of rip off is this restaurant doing. Fortunately I was able to submit a request to corporate to get my refund. I would recommend never going to this restaurant unless you don't mind getting ripped off. The cashier was very rude and was not helpful at all. She refused to help me at all.
Manager. Was rude. The food was wrong. The manager had no idea. How to fix the problem. Cuz when I asked for him to tell him how my order was wrong. .he said he was bizzy and. Couldn't hear my complaint. So. I couldn't even refund my order for being. Wrong I had to pull off before I went to jail .
The lady in the drive thru was extremely rude and anything they had to fry they told me they were out of. Chicken fries and onion rings were out even though they didn’t close for another hour. Service was really poor. Person who takes the order just turned their mic off when i was just trying to explain something not trying to make their job more of a hassle. Got attitude at the window as well. Food came out within seconds though that was a plus and food was good.
So the mozzarella sticks were definitely old and so were the fries. You can tell they'd just been sitting on the shelf and they just dumped them in grease for a few moments and served them. They forgot my marinara sauce as well. Will not be going back to this location.
I visited this restaurant at 8pm on February 12th, 2023. All the employees were standing outside by the back door with it open. When I tried to place an order, they said they were closed and were very rude. I wish I could give them zero stars.
It's pretty much a 50% when you go to this location that they are open, (the seating area is always closed), but no one will answer you when you go to place your order at the drive through. This last visit I left and went to McDonald's. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Poor service. Horrible attitudes. A woman on the speaker nearly got into a fight with me today, after I asked if I had done/said something to agitate her. I prefer not to visit here again. Food was a 2/5.
