I called to complain about a $16 charge at this restaurant. Damien, the "Manager," told me that the food was only worth $5 because the fries were included in the bag. However, I did not receive what I ordered, so I believe the meal should be valued at $50. Damien was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me, as if I was at fault for questioning the discrepancy. This kind of treatment is why fast food workers sometimes face confrontation. They work hard for minimal pay, only to be disrespected and mistreated by customers. I plan to contact the franchise owner and share my experience with others. This level of service is unacceptable.
fast drive up today had gift card that does not cover orice, but not phase of service person. fast ranting gift card told me bslance and ran rest through another card. fast and painless. Eating was very good when I returned to the office to eat. food: 4/5
They ignored the three cars ahead of us in line, so we decided to drive to the other side of the restaurant to place our order. After finally receiving our food 10 minutes later, we discovered that we were given a cup of applesauce but no spoon.
DON'T EAT HERE. Rude, ghetto, stale food, wait time is extremely long, employees don't care about customers, employees cursing loudly and fighting infront of everyone. Literally 5 employees, but took 30 mins to serve 3 customers.

that was a great, clean place. eating was perfect and whoever chooses music for this place rocks. Never thought I would get out after iron maiden, aerosmith and many great rock bands at the breakfast. children also loved it.
If You are going to charge premium prices for fast food, at least get some fresh buns for Your sandwiches.. Last months stale buns don't make good business.. Customers ordering shouldn't have insist on fresh buns.
Newly renovated, so I assume staff is new, or it was a shift change. They weren't busy at all when we were there. Part of our order was wrong, but easily fixed, and the restrooms needed attention.
Workers were super nice and food was good, except they left an item on my sandwich that I asked for it without, but it happens sometimes so no big thang.

Visiting from out-of town. 5 cars in front of us. Took 40 mins to get our food. There a chick fil a 1 block away with a long line that's faster than BK.
The manager and her team are great! Thank you so much Ashley! The best Burger King in Missouri!
