I just come to this Burger King to have something for dinner I pull to drive thru nobody respond i said hello the lady answer me wait you just got here are you in rush no response after that i park my car front of the main entrance door went to bathroom to wash my hand when I come on a cashier counter that’s the same lady who talk to me on drive thru because she had the headphone on her head she told me what you want I give my order she give me cold burger cold fries i was filling up a coke she locks the front door that i was entered my car was standing front of that door she told go out on other door when I sit on a chair to eat my food she said we are close you cannot ear inside I ask her...
every time I order the chicken bugs, it tastes bitter as if they had not changed the oil in weeks. they can say that they fried the nuggets in old dirty oil. they want their money, but too cheap to replace the oils in which they freeze their food. also a high school kids or high school dropouts works there and do not know correct customer service. they rush with bad settings and let them wait for a long time on the drive thru if it is not busy. it's always empty every time I'm over. the only time I left there is if Chick-fil-A and mcdonald have a very long line. it is very clear that the employees who work there do not care about the customers or their job. this place must be closed
Drive thru was closed.. I’m glad because I had the chance to view the kitchen and instantly became concerned.. I was hungry so I waited a little bit after seeing how nonchalant the staff are .. I had to leave .. terrible all around before u can even get to food.. needs modernizing, and I suspect better pay for the staff bc they looked like they didn’t give two hoots
nasty goes through girls today. do not ask the prizes, it will make them angry. she didn't like me asking why the bill was so high. as if I was inappropriate to ask myself. large representation and absolutely no customer service capabilities at all. first and last time I will visit this place. only rough.

the personal is rude and impatient. to distribute it from this burger king, I had no burger when I went there. I love burger king, but I rarely go to him because of this place (near my job) and there rude staff.
Drive through does not work with no sign there saying so. The people inside are rude and don't care about the customers. This place needs to be shut down for sure.
Worst experience, every time I come here . Such bad attitude. Same young African-American black girl . Never fails . She works the Night Shift.
