I have stopped by this location multiple times on my way home from work at 8pm. 80% of the time they are cash only, or just refusing to take card. Then sometimes I 'll come by and the lights will be off but the lady is still there. I figured the lights were off cause the dining room is closed but no, she was there in the dark yelling WERE CLOSED . Last week I had to wait a solid 30m for my order, there were 5 employees in a circle by the drive through window chatting and I had to get cold stale fries and half burnt chicken sandwiches. This is the closest place to my house. Very disappointed in the service.
we went super late tonight and they had only two employees. Even if they are short insulted, they still have us our eating super fast. Additionally, the dame was super nice and redigatiw in the window and had amazing customer service. she even recommended us to try the Bbq sauce after we asked for ranch, and then we both gave to try. didn't catch her name, but she was great!
First I sat at the drive thru speaker for 9 mins. I finally pulled around. The mgr and other staff were walking around the front of the store eating pizza. When I talked to the mgr on duty she acted like it was no big deal. She actually laughed a couple of times. When I got home the Ch'king I ordered was very very old. They weren't even busy.
7/7/22 18:40. Very long wait in drive through, more than 20 minutes. I ordered and paid online, but cashier wanted payment. After explaining that it was prepaid, they had a puzzled look, and asked another person. I ordered two Whopper Jr.s, but got some sort of sourdough burger with completely wrong toppings. New Chicken sandwich is dry/burnt and fries were not fresh. Just had this sandwich in Maryville, MO BK and it was great. The manager needs to train the employees to serve hot, fresh food. I would avoid this BK and go to Wendy's or a nice a restaurant in the area. Super disappointed and waste of money!
Burger King is known for the whoppers, but I love the jr whopper. It is just enough. The app coupons also come in very handy. Friendly people work at the jungerman (St Charles, MO) store. The drive thru line usually runs well. Inside dining is still very limited.
Never workers, when you go through the drive through they are super rude and fries are barely done. Received mozzarella sticks not cooked. Do not recommend.

burger king is always good a great place to eat the whoppers and I have here since 1983 good eat good people they have.
