FOR MANY VISITS: This store IS the best overall fast food establishment in North Saint Louis (my opinion . They are not always going to be lightning-fast... that is not their forte... their grip is in the VALUE overall. The order is always right, and always GREAT. Since COVID... many different directions were taken by various establishments in order to adapt. Frankly, having managed fast-food myself, this BK has the winning-approach . I refer to what I call no-nonsense service . It means these folks are not going to try to dazzle you with un-genuine corporate scripting tactics or fake smiles... and they are NOT gonna put up with any B.S. ... however, if you just want good food that is worth...
Just sat at Burger King for over 30 minutes trying to get some fries that was not burned! I asked for my fries to be taken out the grease 1 minute early the answer was yes every time but the fries stayed down 5 minutes each time when they only supposed to cook 2 minutes max no one pays attention to them at this restaurant for some reason but I bet I won't get fries here again! It's a shame because I just spent $32 on 2 meals and a burger and couldn't get good fries wow ? ? ? I'm stumped, dumb founded and whatever else explains not understanding what just happened. Do we even get what we pay for anymore at the fast food restaurants? ?
No ice in the soda machine and out of syrup for most of the sodas. No biggie, Ive worked in the restaurant biz for years...it happens. What doesnt happen is the complete refusal to do anything about it despite having NO ONE IN LINE. Aubrey was about as rude as an employee could be. You are better off going hungry than getting food here.
I had the worst experience with the service at this restaurant. I will never go back there again. It's a shame because Burger King used to be my favorite restaurant.

My chicken wraps (3 of them are slightly bigger than the size of a chicken nugget... for 3$ I get a slightly large chicken nugget. Terrible.
The food at this restaurant was freshly cooked when we placed our order. The cashier was friendly and kind.
Poor service. The food was distasteful. And I was over charged for my order.
waiting time was fast, burger, where fresh and well done.
