On 6/23/23 I order food at this location. I ordered the Italian BK Royal Crispy Chicken. I've never really had an issue at this location before but today was very different. After eating part of the sandwich I realized the chicken was tough and undercooked. I brought it back to ask for a replacement and the manager proceeded to be very rude with me telling me there was nothing she could do. I didn't want my money back just another sandwich. She kept saying that I was wrong and that she was not going to do anything to help me. She then just took the food I had and walked away. The rudeness of this day manager was ridiculous!! Horrible customer service in the morning yelling and screaming at me and needed to come in to ask for a supervisor yelled and screamed at me that they are the supervisor asked to speak to speak to their supervisor and told me they don’t have one told me she’s doesn’t have a name when I asked for her name who ever the employee is in the picture need to be fired since they didn’t want to say there name
I wish I could give this restaurant zero stars. To summarize, they didn't prepare my food, and when I asked about my order, the manager yelled at me. She refused to tell me her name, wasn't wearing a name tag, and wouldn’t provide me with the HR or corporate phone number. Being denied my food and money, along with not having a proper way to file a complaint, really upset me.
This will be the last time I ever eat Burger King!! ?? My fiancé and I ate here two nights ago and spent the rest of the night and all day yesterday with food poisoning. The food was far from fresh, cold, and soggy in some spots and left us not only wishing we never ate here, but steered us away from eating Burger King again. Do NOT get food from this Burger King!!

I will never eat at this location again. My food was cold, and the woman who took my order was very rude. Additionally, I believe that anyone handling food should be wearing gloves. I think the health department should shut this place down. I will be contacting them.
Rudest BK staff I’ve ever encountered. The gay short guy with the gay pony tail is the worst. He/she/they/it sounds like a chipmunk when “it” screams. Most food order is incorrect. Management does or doesn’t train their team correctly. STAY AWAY!!!
The man working on Wednesday night, January 30, 2024, was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. His behavior was unacceptable, and he should be dismissed for his attitude. This is a disappointing representation of Burger King.
I had a minor issue with my rewards and they weren't too interested in helping me figure it out. They weren't rude, just not very friendly!Kid-friendliness: Each kids meal got a Batman figure!

The manager Danillo, was the worst human I ever met. Very disrespectful and sarcastic. Very unprofessional. They all need to be trained again and again.
