I went back to Burger King on August 2, 2023. Unfortunately this time I had a terrible experience. I tried to order on the BK APP and was unsuccessful. Right now I have two charges on my bank account for $13.65. I really hope that the charges will be reversed soon???, since I didn't get any food. The only way I was able to get some food was to order through the cashier. NO POINTS ??????I don't think that I will be returning to Burger King anytime soon.PREVIOUS REVIEW I went on Whopper Wednesday, for a discounted Whopper. It is one of my favourite hamburgers?.I did not know that Burger King has yummy Cherry Coke.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The employee named Sharmista is always so kind to everyone, no matter how exhausted she may be or how rushed customers are. I don't know if she is a manager, but I truly hope she gets promoted. The restaurant is clean and nice, the staff is polite, and the food is delicious. Great job all around.
Waited while staff talked for about 10 minutes while my food sat on the warmers waiting to be bagged. 5 people in the front and only one person actually working. The restaurant was empty and the supervisor in charge was part of the socializing. Customer service is dead.
Bought 2 big king burgers. They were served cold. On the other hand, the restaurant is very cold. Colder than it should be. It's like they set it that way to keep you from sitting there.Edit: they provided customer service and refund. Thanks! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
All I can say, I haven’t had my whopper taste this good, in a long time. I usually go to the Lawrence Ave West and Dufferin St location. And their burgers ? have been off for a while, including their service. But this location, is amazing!
For $5.39 tax got few pieces of fries with sauce. Even less than a kids meal ? worst part is the Manager. We called and gave us an attitude and worst costumer service. She needs customer service training ??
I ordered a hamburger, but they did not have it available. Instead of informing me, they gave me a cheeseburger.

Your receipt printer is busted and your paper straws for milkshakes suck. Jalapeño burger was good tho.
