This restaurant experience was the worst of the worst. We stopped to treat our grandchildren and ordered 2 Whopper meals that were advertised as 2 for $10 but were charged full price (a minor error), as well as 2 junior meals for the boys. Despite there being very few customers inside, the drive-thru seemed to be busy. Our 4 burgers arrived at the heating rack in a timely manner, but that's where the service stopped. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes, I had to question the staff, who spoke minimal English, about my order. Eventually, our fries arrived but the order was only partially filled. We paid for 2 junior meals but they were hesitant to give us the juice as advertised on their menu. Unfo...
Worst of the worst of the worst. Stopped to treat grand kids, ordered 2 Whopper meals for us ( advertised 2 for $10 but charged full price- minor glitch) and 2 junior meals for boys. Very few customers inside, but drive thru must have been busy. Seen our 4 burgers arrive at heating rack quite timely, but that was it. After 10 to 15 minutes questioned minimal English speaking personnel on my order, eventually fries arrived and order was partially filled. Paid for 2 Junior meals but were quite reluctant to give the juice as advertised on their display menu. Needless to say, the burgers were cold and dry due to time sitting. Would suggest never to stop here. Drive another 15 minutes.
Stopped in Enfield and tried to order two Whopper Jr hamburgers and was told they didn't have any meat for these burgers and they didn't suggest ordering anything else. Asked if they had meat for the regular sized Whoppers which cost more than two smaller burgers and they didn't offer any discount. Asked how much the chicken nuggets were since they were $1.99 for ten at other locations and was told they were more than double that. Take a miss on this location and visit another!
I stopped in at this Burger King location recently for the first time. It is in a great location, easy on and off the highway. They had a great deal offered. For $5 you will get a drink, cheeseburger, fries and 4 chicken nuggets! This is an average Burger King food-wise, but the restaurant seemed very clean, the staff were super friendly and the $5 deal couldn't be beat. That moved the rating to the above average mark!
We live nearby and had never been to this restaurant before. While we have had a bad experience at Burger King in the past, we decided to give this place a try when we needed a quick meal. The service was fast (we walked in) and the food was good. We will likely come back in the future.
I ordered 10 Chicken Nuggets. Received only 9 and they were stone cold. After getting home, I phoned to complain. The manager could not take my complaint. I do not recommend this place at all.
Do like to stop here if in a hurry and the food is fresh and hot. they do have great daily specials so do call in. It is right beside the Tim's and next door to the Irving Big Stop.
The breakfast at this restaurant is superior to M's. The burger and sweet potato fries are delicious, and you must try the root beer float - it's a must-have signature drink.
