7/21/22 @ 3pm – The food was good, with hot fries and a crisp soda. However, the customer service both before and after was really disappointing. I was rushed through the drive-thru order with a curt "Is that it?" and then waited at a complete standstill in line for 9 minutes. At the window, I spent only a minute with no acknowledgment from the staff. They took my card but only gave it back, no receipt. When I asked for one, the employee seemed confused and gave me a faded merchant copy instead. Because of this, I couldn’t complete the online survey since the receipt was unreadable. At home, I called the restaurant to get their number, but a woman asked if I was in the drive-thru or inside....
I received a lot of food I didn't order at Burger King. There was no Whopper in the bag, the Bacon King was missing bacon on one sandwich and had just one strip on another. Additionally, there was a cheeseburger with mustard that I never ordered. The kids' nuggets were rock hard and ended up getting thrown out. The sodas were the only items that were correct. I paid almost $40 for nothing edible, and I'm very disappointed with this location and its menu.
Disappointing experience. The "open late" sign was lit, and Google showed they were open until midnight. However, I was told they weren’t taking any orders. When I asked about their hours or if they would accept orders later, I received no explanation or response. It was simply rude. If you’re closed, please update your online information and turn off the lights.
There are two drive-thru lanes, and it wasn't busy when I visited. However, the staff member at the window was not very friendly and seemed to rush me through my order. On a positive note, the food was hot and the burger was fresh.

I stopped by the drive-thru and received hot, fresh food. That said, it did cause me some unpleasant heartburn. I can’t fault the staff— I should have known better than to eat fast food.
I don’t know about you, but I feel like this Burger King has struggled to get back on track since the pandemic. Why do the buns taste stale and unappetizing?
The fries were cold, and so was the burger.
