First time at this location. Just started a new job around the corner. Unfortunately the fries were half cooked and the Italian chicken sandwich was cold. Not going back. I have updated my ratings. The restaurant has come a long was since my last review. I gave them another shot a couple months ago and they have been working hard to do well. Food and service are great now. Thank you for working so hard. I visit them about once a week now.
The restaurant needs to hire more staff. It is becoming like the Burger King in Waldwick, where it is supposed to be fast food for a quick grab-and-go but is extremely slow. I stopped going to the Waldwick location because of the slow service and rude old man working there. I am not satisfied with the service and suggest they replace the current staff with new employees.
i ordered on the BK app and when i arrived at location staff did not seem very friendly..i got my order and the bk fish sandwich which i payed for tasted absolutely like rubber. Seemed like it was days old. Absolutely not satisfied with the service and quality at this place

The drive thru attendant working on Tuesday 6/13/2023 at 9pm, he deserves a raise. He was so kind patient and professional. Food was delicious and fresh. I don’t often write a review about my fast food experience, but this occasion was exceptional!! Thank you!
This restaurant is terrible. They frequently run out of food items and seem unable to comprehend how to handle mobile orders. There are always issues of some kind. It would be kinder to just shut this place down.
I ordered French toast sticks and hash browns. Easy right? NOPE! The hash browns were hard and greasy. The sticks were greasy too. I think that I'm done with Burger King as a whole.
The restaurant is clean and pleasant, but occasionally the staff forgets to check the order ticket which can result in incorrect preparation of dishes.

Drive thru is a little tight but other than that, everything about this BK is great. They're open for in-restaurant dining again!
Rude staff, terrible food quality. One of the worst Burger Kings around. If you ask for a receipt they refuse to give you one.
