Customer service really slow and the staff ain’t that great a making you feel welcome. In fact they make you feel like your a bother. Once you get your food and go to site down you then get a true picture of the place. Tables...had left over food on it where they couldn’t be bothered to clean the tables. Customers leftover trays not cleaned off table. Food on the floor... Yuk. The toilets are locked and when you ask how to get in the staff answer so abruptly like your nothing. I spent some days off work and pumped into the city to grab some early Christmas gifts and get some homebits. I have made the mystery guest visits in the past, but to this occasion I wanted to acknowledge only a young lady charley who serves for her efforts at the front. polite bubbly efficient her clear communion the customers under pressure was outstanding. activate their business.
Well where do I start was in town shopping, and fancied a burger, thought i'd give it a try, but was throughly disappointed, the bun was stale, you could have thrown it, and it would have knocked someone out, the burger was dry and cold,...the cheese, what there was of it was a ordinary cheese slice, what could they get wrong with that, the bacon was hard, and fatty, tables were a mess, rubbish overflowing in the bins, staff standing around looking miserable and bored don't know why, because there was plenty for them to do) someone ought to do a surprise visit from head office
I ordered delivery from this restaurant one day, only to be informed half an hour later that they had no drivers available and couldn't deliver. I decided to give them another chance a few weeks later. After waiting for 90 minutes and making 16 unsuccessful attempts to call them, I finally got through and was told it would be another hour. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

I enjoy Burger King, and this restaurant was just as good as others I have been to. The prices are reasonable compared to some other Burger King locations, and the staff is friendly. I was disappointed to see that they no longer have the Coca Cola Freestyle machines available.
My friends and I visited this restaurant mainly for our burger cravings. Firstly, we were disappointed by the size of the burger. The patty was cold and the sauce left much to be desired, as it tasted somewhat bitter. The environment was noisy. Better luck next time!
I sit here and eat my meal in what can only be described as total waste. it smells like tramps and all the tables are covered in müll and food. that is also the floor. so is the servier counter! I'm just trying to throw some of my meals on the floor, so I'm fit!
never use this b king delivery missing food ok accidents happen. call restaurant manger and call me how I am a child to talk about me what I said disgusting customer service. would not even give an assessment. food was also cold

Place was dirty and unclean. Staff were very unhappy. Food was over cooked and burnt yet chips were undercooked and tasted frozen. I do like a good BK but will not return here in a hurry.
