I waited nearly 2 hours for a delivery of 2 burgers and 1 order of chicken nuggets, only to have the delivery person leave my order tied to a fence without any verification. When I finally checked my order, the food was cold and appeared to have been sitting out for a long time before being reheated poorly. The drinks had caused the bag to burst open, but the condition of the food was already beyond salvage. I have tried multiple times to contact Burger King about this issue, but have had no success. I am extremely disappointed by the quality of the food and the service provided by Burger King. I strongly advise against ordering from this location if you are looking for fresh, edible food.
amazing customer service from mickey as well as george, moreover the pommes tasted better than my local chippy. Fortunately, no gluten-free options from burger king but I can understand how they are not able to have them as they have a single broiler that can lead to crosscontamination of gluten-free options as well as a separate toaster expensive and cost more money than profit. but overall an amazing customer service experience and nice eating.
