Subject: Extremely Displeased with Service at King Burger in Romford (Order Time: 21/02/24, 1:14 PM) Dear King Burger Management, I hope this email finds you well, although I cannot say the same for my recent visit to your Romford branch on February 21, 2024, at 1:14 pm. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the service I encountered. Upon placing my food order and eagerly anticipating my meal, I decided to order a coffee. However, my experience with the blond lady, approximately 170cm tall and seemingly in her 40s, was nothing short of infuriating. Instead of a simple and courteous service, her sarcastic response insisting that I use the busy screen to order...
On the 30/04/2024 at around 12pm this afternoon, I ate in at Burger King, I ordered a double bacon cheese burger with chips and onion rings, my onion rings were nice and hot and expected, my burger was cold and the bacon was freezing! I took it back and my burger was replaced, with a colder burger? The cheese wasn't even melting because the burgers wasn't even warm, management refused a refund and said they do not refund, she was rude and refused to handle the situation, I ended up leaving the restaurant, hungry with no refund, while she had the ordasity to tell a member of staff to call the police on me, due to me wanting a refund, as my food was cold, even after beong provided
I came in on my crutches for some lunch, I was having trouble using their kiosk so I approached the tills. Two ladies chatting in their language, one called Inesa was staring directly at me with a look of disgust. I asked for help when the other pointed at the kiosk and said use it. I tried to tell her the problems applying my promo which she ignored and continued talking to her friend. I ended up leaving without ordering
Honestly cannot believe how much burger king has gone downhill, wallpaper coming away from the walls, burger was dry and dull, drinks machine was not working, staff just didn't seem to care about anything tbh. Got the feeling that there was just no fight in the company to compete with other food chains
great tasting eating very courteous staff and very efficient services only withdrawing the place was not clean on the standard that I expect from a restaurant like this.
the prices too high for the products...i paid £8 and got a mini beef berger...the same mc berger is £3 a lot of mess and waiting
Not sure how you can screw up a Whopper, but it was soggy, and tasteless, where as the fries were loverly and crisp.
Clean and neat restaurant. Friendly Staff. fresh and hot food.Dorito fries are my favourite
