Not surprised you have 2 star rating Rude unhelpful staff My chicken burger came with bacon which i wasnt aware of and dont eat Asked them for a fredh ine while my already freezing cold chips got colder Was told id need to buy a new one I said i used to work in burger king amd you should be able to get the burger your way They said i should have amended on line Nothing on line highlighted it came with bacon and no option i saw to remove Asked for a supervisor Even ruder told me id need to buy another Needless to say i didnt
Two visits this last month. First time had too shown over the counter not a soul around. Eventually got served. Today, some of the screens not working. Tills turned off so couldn't order at counter. Second Time same again, no printer paper for receipts. Ultra slow service, so much for fast food. Dumped food on counter three meals and drinks to eat in. No trays offered. One member of staff, no urgency. Can honestly say it's the worst I've been in
Had sausage and egg roll, coffee and hash browns, sausage egg roll dry tasteless very disappointing, no napkins anywhere maybe that’s why I was the only one in there, at least the coffee was hot.
First time I’ve had breakfast in Burger King. Served by the lovely Lynsay and Olivia. Very bubbly. Food was gorgeous, coffee perfect. Thank you both!

Quite possibly the best BK in the country. Always seems to be better than anywhere else we have it.
