I can't blame the staff because they clearly haven't been trained. But the lack of any customer service was appalling. When I finally got served after being ignored for 5 mins, I stood waiting for my order. The girl behind the counter came round to the drinks machine got herself a drink and then disappeared out the back. It was only after another 10 mins that another member of staff slowly wandered out from the prep area and realised I was still waiting, so put my order together. Someone really needs to train these staff in customer satisfaction. The experience should start from the moment you enter the restaurant.
Called in 3 times during our holiday in the area. Had a whopper meal and a plant-based whopper meal using one of the deals on the app, which makes it very good value. The burgers and fries wipe the floor with McDonald's offerings, especially their laughable veggie offerings. Expensive if you don't take advantage of the offers. But the quality is so much better. And when using the offers it's actually cheaper! The staff were friendly and service was quick. Overall experience? Couldn't fault it. The most important aspect being the delicious food, hence 3 visits in the space of a few days! Lol. Thanks everyone
We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru with no service, no one even coming up see if we had been served. Awful. Also the sheer ludicrousy of serving ice cream with no spoons is crazy. Finally when someone orders a 6 peice item there should be 6 not just giving 5 and scribbling 5 over the six on the bag where it shows the number. Awful experience
Haven't had a Burger King in while. However I'm happy we did. I had the double xl meal with 6 chilli cheese bites and some new dorito chicken fried. All were absolutely stunning and tasty. Cost me around £18 for the lot. Great customer service. Food arrived quickly and hot (something McDonald's don't always get right).
