Burger King - Tisch resevieren

My sister and I visited Burger King at Neats Corner two days ago. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait despite the restaurant being empty. Eventually, we were able to order a kids meal and a bacon and cheeseburger, but they took about 20 minutes to arrive and cost just under £10. My sister's burger, which was supposed to be a regular size, ended up being the same size as the kids burger, costing 6.69. My kids meal was 3.49. When I questioned the staff about this discrepancy, they insisted that both burgers were the same size. Additionally, the restaurant was dirty, with sticky floors and dirty tables. The usual drop in meal ended up as ‘wish we hadn’t bothered’ event. The meal took 25 minutes and was cold and I had the cheek to ask for tops on the soft drinks and was greeted with ‘we don’t have any’. So asked for bottled drinks as a replacement and was offered only water or a hot drink…. With a top! I was confused as the ‘we don’t have any’ is now a lie. I asked for a refund on the drinks, which was given but the meal was deliberately late and cold due to my request for a refund. I used to rate Burger King but this branch is awful, grubby and slow. I won’t be using again.

My order was put through incorrectly at the drive thru. It was a simple error which the new girl spotted and tried to get corrected. Simple enough you would think I only ordered a Vegan Royale for my wife. The first two managers made me explain several times what I had ordered and kept saying they couldn’t find the order even though they were holding the receipt. When it was eventually sorted out, I was as given a cold meal for my wife to eat. We had wasted too much time to be bothered to drive back and complain.

Being a vegetarian, I have always enjoyed the spicy bean burger at this restaurant. However, on my latest visit, I was disappointed when a staff member told me that they couldn't make it for me if it wasn't on the menu. I decided to try the vegan royale instead, but after one bite, I found it inedible. It was as if I was chewing on cardboard, and the taste was dreadful. Incredibly rude staff, long waiting times (over 20 minutes for some orders, cold food and lack of cleanliness. Staff member on his own and really struggling with demand about 3 customers in store only. But every time we’ve been it’s been farcical.

Have used this site a few times , the Drive Thru Operation can be a bit odd in the way your order is handed over. I haven't had a bad meal from there the odd times No Milkshakes due to Supply Issues obvious reason Overall a Good Site.

service shocking as didn't know what they were doing, food waiting time was over 25 minutes and when finally got it it was stone cold, the amount off people complaining, will never see me again, need to up there game

Shocking! Staff need retraining, customer service is completely lacking, patronising and condescending when they got the order wrong. Hair found in burger and food was generally below par. Won’t visit again Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

cold, congealed and disgusting food, tiny portions, thought we had been given kids meals in error, tried to call, rang for 6 mins then cut out, wont ever go there again, just dont bother go else where

I will never go to Burger King again after receiving a cold, pale burger that appeared to have never been cooked over a flame.
