Posting my Google review on here too:I've been to this location a couple times and I notice that the food is decent but service varies dramatically depending who's working. There's an older woman who I've had help me many times in the drive up window who had been very rude in the past but I've excused it since I work in the service industry too and figured she was having a rough night. Today just wasn't it. I came up to order and she said they didn't have what I wanted so I was looking to see what to get inside when she asks what kind I want and mentioned the flavors. I visited this Burger King for lunch recently, expecting a quick meal and nothing more. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that this turned out to be one of the best fast food experiences I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to inquire about my day as they took my order. Jazmin, the young woman at the front, greeted me with a smile and even recommended one of their seasonal offerings, which I ended up really enjoying. It was clear that all the staff genuinely appreciate their work; they took the time to build rapport and personalize my order. I would highly recommend this location—it's definitely a 10/10 compared to all the other Burger Kings in town.
Horrible. Older lady (manager) was super rude and I waited in line for over 15min. and there were only 2 cars in front of me. They are always put of stuff and their sign is always broken. She wouldn'ttell me my price said I had to wait for my receipt and then told me after charging that they didnt have and one of the items I had ordered. Didn't charge me for it but she could have told me when I was ordering. Highly disappointed. Would give a zero star if I could. Happened at 2:36pm on 10/6/2023.
I ordered a frozen Coke at the Drive-Thru, but the lady informed me that the machine was broken and asked me to pull up to the window. I thought they might offer me a regular Coke since I had been waiting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes. However, the manager was quite rude and simply told me that the machine was broken and sent me on my way without offering me anything. The customer service was terrible, and I won't be returning.

Joanna at the drive-thru was amazing! The food came quickly, and it was refreshing to encounter such a cheerful personality and excellent service after a long night. She truly deserves recognition and reward for her outstanding customer service.
The Candied Bacon Whopper had very little bacon, just a couple of paper-thin slices. I couldn't even tell if there was any jam or crispy onions on it. The large fries were only half-filled. Overall, it felt like a big disappointment.
I share the same feelings as others. The older woman working at the drive-thru was careless, inattentive, and slow. However, the food was decent.
Great Burger King! Eric delivered amazing service late at night with a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend anyone who has been trained by him.

Perfect except the drink machine was pumping out water instead of flavored drinks?
Francisco at this location 8s SUPER nice! Food was all correct and tasty.
