We are very disappointed with our recent visit to Burger King. We arrived at 7:30 p.m., well before the posted closing time of 8 p.m., looking forward to a quick meal. To our astonishment, not only were we not greeted, but an employee clearly gestured to us that she would not serve us. This behavior is unacceptable and goes against the fundamental principles of customer service. Faced with this rejection, we chose to go to a competitor, where we received the warm reception we expected. This unfortunate experience at Burger King has made us seriously reconsider our loyalty to the brand. This is hands down the worst Burger King in Quebec! The food is terrible—gross and unappetizing. If you mention any allergies, they’ll purposely add even more of the allergenic ingredient (for example, if you ask for no mayo, they'll slather on three times the normal amount). The staff is completely clueless; they don’t understand French at all and can’t even handle counting Canadian money properly. Avoid this place at all costs!
GOOD LUCK. I'm not fluent in French so I ordered through the app. They had me standing there for 10 minutes trying to explain my mobile order to them, and another 20 waiting for an order that they would later tell me they don't have.They didn't have any issue with it when I came to the same location the other evening. Incompetent and poor system. Extremely dissapointed.
Poor service with all mixed up orders. So my orders at way too much mayonnaise that made the entire burger soggy and unpleasant. The order looked like it was made by someone who didn't want to work.

Ordering in English at this restaurant feels like a gamble that might annoy the staff, which shouldn't be the case, but unfortunately it is.
Sometimes Not very Clean but there are fast and Bürgers tastes great.
