I had a terrible experience with their online ordering service. They took my order and charged me, but didn't inform me that the item was unavailable until I went to the store to pick it up. When they canceled my order, they said it would take 5 to 7 days for the refund to appear in my account.

No matter what time of day I visit this Burger King on Dix, they never have ice cream. It's no surprise that many Burger Kings are struggling to stay in business. They really need to get it together! They're even worse than McDonald's!

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. The Whopper Jr. smelled strongly of weed; my sister joked that it was as if my burger had smoked. To make matters worse, they were out of kids' toys as well.
