I visited the restaurant on Sunday night at 7:20 PM, and it was completely empty, with just one car in front of me and none behind. I attempted to place an order, only to find out they were out of the first item. I chose something else, but they were out of that as well. Eventually, I ordered something they actually had, but it took 23 minutes to prepare, and the food was barely warm when it finally arrived. It seems like a scam: if they ask you to pull around after paying and there’s no one behind you, they’re manipulating their minimum service time by the window. My wife and I came for dinner and the food was so good and hot and made exactly how we wanted it made that's very hard to find!! We encourage everyone if you want bk and you are in the coast area then Burger king in Longbeach is the place!
